A better future for all Guyanese
48% of Guyana’s population lives on less than $5.50 a day.
Despite the recent discovery of significant oil and natural gas reserves, Guyana remains one of the poorest countries in South America. The COVID-19 pandemic has further exacerbated the challenges facing Guyana, particularly in terms of health and education.
The Greenheart Foundation is a non-profit organization based in the USA, dedicated to improving the education and health of primary and secondary school students in Guyana.
